Rental Programs – Great Investment Returns!

Most of these resorts will administer the rental of your fractional villa share for the occasions when you are not using it.    There will be a management fee incurred for this.  From the management fee portion the Resort Operator typically ensures all costs and taxes related to the rental of the unit are taken care of.  This includes Mexican Hotel Tax, IVA Tax, Income Tax and additional cleaning costs.

Renting your unit when you are not using it can offset your HOA fees and can produce reasonable returns.

Worry Free Management!

Management at each resort – through the HOA Fees – ensures your investment is well managed.  HOA Fees are needed to ensure both Common Area and Unit Specific items are maintained.  Included in the Common Area HOA portion are costs to administer and maintain all common areas typically include the following:
