There are a number of great areas to live in Los Cabos.  Which area is better will depend on what someone will look for in an area including price point and amenities.  Often luxury communities like Pedregal, the Hollywood Hills of Cabo or Palmilla, the Beverly Hills of Cabo and El Dorado are mentioned as the best areas.  Newer luxury communities like Querencia, The Cove Club, Chileno Bay, Maravilla, Diamante and Quivira are also great places to live.  More budget conscious buyers will find numerous enclaves in the El Tezal area of the Cabo Corridor as great options.
