Foam Panel Wall Construction – much cooler than typical cinder block and concrete construction.
Tinted Windows with Tempered Glass – all windows are tinted with tempered safety glass. Tinting helps with heat gain and lowers cooling costs. Tempered glass is a big safety feature should a hurricane blow-out a window or you step into a sliding door.
