2019 Q4 Market Report
Overall home sales volumes remained up throughout the end of 2019 finishing 31% over 2018. Condo sales remained strong with 50% increase in volume over 2018.. Inventory Turnover % (Sold ÷ Listed) remained robust in the 300k and lower price segments. Trending upward pressure on home prices overall versus 2018 remained as did declining Days on Market. Condo prices finished off lower over 2018 thanks to significant new builds in 2019. In this update we note that 23% of the sales volume are under contract and will close in early 2020.
